Condos and townhomes in Fountains of Jacaranda offer large balconies, most with views of the lake/canal or golf course.  A few units are actually 2-story townhomes which take up the top two floors of these 3-story buildings.  The townhomes feature balconies on both floors and with both front and rear views.

Most units in Fountains of Jacaranda are 2-bedroom/2-bathrooms with a few offering 3/2, 3/2.5, or 4/3.5.  The community consists of five buildings that were built between 1982 and 1984.

The condos at Fountains of Jacaranda are centrally located in Plantation with the entrance being on the south side of Broward Blvd. at SW 96th Avenue.  The community is just a few blocks from Plantation's Central Park and all it offers.
