Sawgrass Plantation

The subdivision of Sawgrass Plantation was built between 1993 and 1995.  As you drive through the main entrance you'll immediately notice the lake with fountain and as you take the roundabout, you're likely to notice the lakeside benches that allow residents to sit, relax and take in the views.  You'll also find curving streets and cul-de-sacs throughout this community.

Homes in Sawgrass Plantation are either 1 or 2 stories and offer 3-4 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms and a 1 or 2 car garage.  About a third of the homes have a private pool and with two lakes in Sawgrass Plantation, about half the homes are lakefront.  The community has a homeowner association (HOA).

Neighborhood amenities include the nearby Flamingo Park which offers a community room and also has a walking trail, tennis court, two basketball courts, two baseball fields, a soccer field, and children's playground.

Sawgrass Plantation is located in the westernmost section of Plantation, Florida with its main entrance on NW 136th Avenue.  The community is also accessible via a second entrance on the south side of NW 8th Street between Flamingo Road and NW 136th Avenue.
